Order Policy:
Most of the items posted on our web store are in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, but can still be ordered. If you order an out of stock product, please add five to seven business days onto your total transit time, to allow us to receive the product from the manufacturer.
In stock items will ship within two days of the order placement. There are cases, for example: oversized, non-listed, or special orders items, that will have a longer processing time. In these individual cases, you will be informed of the approximate time it will take to complete your order.
Store Pick-up Policy:
In-store pickup is available for anybody who would like to come to our physical store to receive their items. Notice, there may still be up to a seven day wait if it is a special order item. Please call the store before coming in to check order status. There is no charge for this service.
Shipping Policy:
TheJSM.com uses UPS and USPS for all shipping needs. Usually, USPS is used for smaller items such as picks, slides, or anything that can be packed in an envelope or small package. UPS is usually used for larger items, and is the most common package carrier we use. We are not responsible for the transit times the carrier may have.
Foreign Policy:
We will not ship overseas, however Canada is included. Exceptions may be made -- Please call: 1-888-Jam-Spot to discuss oversea orders.
Privacy policy:
The Jam Spot Music promises not to sell, give, or share your personal information with anybody. This includes: email addresses, personal addresses, credit card information, telephone numbers, etc. We believe that businesses SHOULD NOT sell personal information to marketers.
